Hydroseeding
Here are some photos and a video of our 800 gallon Bowie Hydromulcher at work. What sets this unit apart from many others is that it uses a mulch mixture of 70% wood pulp and 30% paper pulp, versus a machine that can only use paper pulp. The benefit of shooting wood pulp is that it provides a much more stable seed bed that is more erosion resistant and retains more moisture. These qualities are essential for trouble free germination of the seed. Another major benefit of hydroseeding is that the seed/mulch mixture is shot out of the nozzle with enough force to bury it slightly below the surface to effectively sow the seed also drastically increase the germination rate of the seed.
Sod Installation
Installing sod is by far the easiest way to get a new lawn established mostly because the sod grass is already two years old. It is grown locally and cut to order the day of installation. Many customers are initially averse to the prospect of installing sod because they think it will be too expensive, but many are surprised when they get the estimate. Furthermore, when they factor in the two year jump start they get on their turf, they realize that they drastically reduce their time and effort needed to establish a new lawn from seed.

Power Raking
Here are some photos and a video of our Rock Hound power rake at work. It is the perfect tool for effectively and efficiently raking out all of the debris left in new soil after it is spread. It has similar benefits to the soil conditioner in that it is a much more cost effective alternative to just trucking in new screened soil. So many times customers are told they need new soil (because it is easier for a contractor without this tool to work with -not to mention a bigger expense) when the soil on site is suitable.

Soil Conditioning
Here are some photos and a video of our Rotodairon soil conditioner at work. It is the perfect tool for effectively and efficiently reconditioning existing lawns and soils by rototilling the existing soil –up to a 6” depth. We can also mix in soil amendments this way. It has similar benefits to the power rake in that it is a much more cost effective alternative to just trucking in new screened soil. So many times customers are told they need new soil (because it is easier for a contractor without this tool to work with -not to mention a bigger expense) when the soil on site is suitable.

CLIENT COMMENTS
"We didn't want to let too much time pass before writing to you. We are so pleased with the patio and have already used it many times in the past few weeks. We always had a nice retreat in the woods - but now we are actually USING the space to read, cook and relax. Your team was a pleasure to work with on the project. Dave kept everything moving and we felt very well informed throughout the build. He went above and beyond to make sure that our property was well cared for and that the patio ultimately fit our vision. Jimmy was the other key component to the team. He is an extremely hard worker that was very dedicated to the project and easily served as our onsite contact when Dave was unavailable. We cannot compliment either of them enough! From the beginning, we have loved your vision for this project and we hope to work with you again in the future. Thank you for creating our new backyard oasis! It's perfect." Read more comments
